I started my insurance career working for Progressive Insurance in 2001. I was a senior in high school and had the opportunity to get my insurance license right after I graduated and did so. I worked in multiple roles at Progressive before leaving in 2007 to open Baehr Insurance Agency. I strive to help people in general and we get the opportunity to help protect what matters most to people and help them save money. I’m a lifetime Browns fan and you will likely find me at all our home games. I like to golf and I teach boxing part time. When I get a chance, I try to travel with my family. I love spending time with my wife and daughter.

My name is Missy Moore and I’ve been a licensed insurance agent for over 20 years. Insurance is something I know and love! Working for an independent agency was the best career choice I have ever made.My experience and knowledge of insurance has given me the ability to help customers with their insurance needs and I have built many relationships with my customers over the years. On a personal note, I have been married for 17 years, have 4 children and a beautiful baby grandson. I enjoy watching my children participate in youth sports and high school football. I’m currently a board member for our local youth football league and enjoy doing as much volunteer work as possible. I’m the type of person who likes to keep busy!
